Brewer House Inn Considerations

Welcome to the Brewer Guest House. We hope you have a wonderful stay with us and will return again.

Reservations can be made on the website, email or by phone.

A one night deposit is requested by check only. We do have a two night minimum stay all year long.

Full payment is required when you check in.

Check in is between 4:00 to 8:00 PM or by an agreed time. Please email or call to discuss this. We are located between Fountain Street and Decatur, parking is on Decatur Street, please look at the map on the website.

When you stay with us you are renting the entire home. Please check the availability for rates.

There is a cancellation fee of 50.00 if not cancelled prior to 14 days. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours, we will retain a nights lodging, if we can rent the home, we will return your deposit.

A payment by cash or check is preferred.

Children over 12 and we have a no pet policy. We are also non-smoking for the entire home.
